When you say that you are diving Tulamben everyone asks how was the Liberty wreck. Well the Liberty wreck is fine and it is holding up real well considering how old that it is.
The USAT Liberty was struck with a torpedo off the island of Lombok and was being escorted to Surabaya I believe, when it finally gave up the ghost and the Capitan drove it up on the beach in Tulamben Bali where it sat on the beach for many years until a earthquake of the local mountain threw it back into the sea, where it settled in 5 to 33 meters of water, which is perfect for a dive wreck as you can get to all of to it and it is not a technical dive, and because the wreck was being salvaged when it went back into the sea it is very open and you can see all of the guts no problem.
There are some swim through, but you need to use some caution as it is getting old and it will start collapsing more but even when that happens it will still be a great wreck as the reef and boat are as one now. This is one of the great cheap dives in Asia.
