Aspen Accommodations run from very expensive like the Little Nell and the St Regis to some great budget accommodations like the Hotel Durrant and Mountain Chalet to some bed and breakfast feeling place like one of our favorites the Anabel located on Main street on the way into to Aspen around 2 blocks from the downtown Aspen core.
But in our opinion the best deal on Aspen Accommodations is the Aspen Square especially if you have a family or a larger group. The Aspen Square is located right in the middle of town with a gate that leads directly to the Aspen Mountain Gondola on Ajax mountain.
The Aspen Square is labeled a condotel as such it has a kitchen a living room and bed rooms off of the main rooms giving the feel of a Ski in Ski out mountain house rather than a hotel. The accommodations amenities are too numerous to mention but we would be remiss if we did not mention the large pool and a couple of Jacuzzis for soaking after a hard day on the slopes.
Aspen Airport Taxi?
Socialization and networking is the name of the game in Aspen and the hotel lobby and the pool areas are both excellent places to relax and meet people in the warm environment over nice wine and barbecues treats off thew outside grill.
