Pattaya Thailand is famous as a ocean front holiday area right outside Bangkok. The new airport is located between the two and one of the reasons why they located where they did as you could miss a flight fighting traffic to get to the old airport.



Pattaya is also on of the cities and beach resorts that you can own property if you are a foriener and so lots of people have bought 2nd homes and have retired here. We have been staying in Pattaya condos for a while now and really prefer the lifestyle over a hotel or other budget accommodations as you can get nice and plugin and if you come back to the same area on a regualr basis you learn where the shops are that you like grocery stortes and where the atm's and foriegn exchange places that will sdave you money if you are goiong to stay for a wqhile or if you are going to be comming back to the same area every time you come to Asia like we do.
