I like to stay in Pattaya Thailand for many reasons I like the ocean views for my walks, I like movies and restaurant choices my favorite cheap Thailand Restaurant is on Soi Bau kau and I like the cheap hotels and budget accommodations and the Diana Estate on soi Bau Kau is a new Cheap Charley Favorite and a great deal at 850 baht a night and believe it or not they have a published sliding scale and during the shiny season Read that the Rainy season they will actually negotiate a little bit down for that.
The rooms have two TV with western cable One a flat screen. Free wifi! always a big plus that is fast and so far has stayed on the whole time that I am here. Big bed with I think is a 300 thread count cotton sheets. Lots of lights and electric plugs one of favorite pet peeves on the road is not having anyplace to plug in and not being able to read in bed as there is no lights No problem here and the Diane estates.
The studios are small but not overly so and they have a small balcony I think they could have built that out a little bit more but it is a minor point as this resort also has two pools that are good sized.
another very nice feature that makes these units feel like your own person condo is that they also have a fully equipped kitchenette no stove but a micro wave sink and full sized refrigerator with freezer. So if you want to stay put in one place for a while this is a great deal you get condo amenities at hotel prices and they are priced way below what would be market price for the value that you get..
